How do I find a professional on BahAyos?
You can search through the “Find a Pro” section in your profile and enter the type of service you need. You can search by city, zipcode, or professional service.
Is there a fee to find a professional?
No, using BahAyos to find a professional is free. The professional will pay a small lead fee for getting in touch with you. So make sure before you contact a professional, you have reviewed their profile thoroughly and consider them as a serious option for your service need.
How do I know if a professional is high-quality?
Each professional has a profile that shows their expertise, and they can also display completed projects with photos. You can also read reviews and feedback from others who have used their services.
What should I do if I have a problem with the service?
If you have a problem, contact the professional directly. Try to sort it out directly with the professional. Of course, you can also share your experience by leaving a review. In case the situation is difficult, let us know your complaint and situation.
How do I post a project?
Click on “submit my project for Free” on our homepage. This is the start of your registration process. Fill in all the details about what you need. Make sure the description is detailed so that professionals can easily find it. When done, you receive an email with the activation link for your account. Then you can log in, and in your profile, you see the tab: “My project“. You see now your project details. You can still edit the description if you need to. Click on the button “submit my project now!“. After that, your project will be visible to all the professionals who are relevant.
How do I know if a professional is interested?
On your profile page, there is a tab: “messages”. There will be notifications stating you have new messages. Those are from professionals who are interested in helping you with your project or service need. Also at the top of the page, there is a counter that reflects the number of new messages sent to you. Also, you will receive email notifications if you get a new message in your profile.
