Sales & community-ambassador

We’re looking for a highly motivated and outgoing Sales & Community Ambassador (sales lady) to join our team in the Muntinlupa, Alabang, and Metro Manila region. You will be the face of bahayos.ph/, helping us build a strong community of professionals and consumers.

Your mission is to connect skilled individuals with those who need their services, establishing bahayos.ph/ as the go-to platform for home and professional services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Professional Outreach:
    • In-Person: Visit local DIY and hardware stores to identify potential craftsmen and service professionals. Explain the benefits of joining bahayos.ph/ and guide them through the free registration process.
    • Online: Proactively find and contact craftsmen, skilled professionals, and DIY-related businesses on social media and online forums. Pitch the platform and its value proposition.
  • Consumer Engagement:
    • In-Store: Greet and engage with customers at partner stores to introduce them to the bahayos.ph/ platform.
    • Demonstration: Explain how the platform works, assist customers with the registration process, and guide them on how to post their service needs.
    • Customer Support: Answer customer questions and provide information about platform features and benefits to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, promotion, or customer service, preferably in retail or a related field (e.g., DIY stores, hardware stores, or general department stores). Experience with digital platforms is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing in English and Tagalog
    • Professionalism: A strong ability to balance sales goals with professionalism and ethical conduct.
    • Adaptability: The capability to adapt your approach to different customer preferences and handle various situations effectively.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary and commission structure. Details regarding salary and payment will be discussed during the interview process, according to market standards and can be defined during interviews
